What you are actually buying

Four things we hold to, on every piece in the range.

Material, named

Walnut, oak, bamboo, anodized aluminum, powder-coated steel or brushed brass. Every product page tells you exactly which one.

Finishes that match

Almost everything ships in two or three finishes, so one wood tone and one metal tone can run across your whole desk.

Built past the desk

Solid wood and machined metal, chosen to outlast the surface they sit on rather than the season they launched in.

Before you buy

The five things people ask us most.

Ask us anything
How much height do I actually need?

Sit the way you normally sit, look straight ahead, and note where your gaze lands on the screen. It should land in the top third. Most desks are three to five inches short. Measure that gap and match it to the lift height listed on each riser.

Will my keyboard fit underneath a riser?

Usually, and it is worth checking rather than assuming. Every riser lists its clearance and width on the product page. Measure your keyboard's depth and height first — full-size boards with a wrist rest attached need the most room.

Which finish should I choose?

Pick one wood tone and one metal tone and hold them across the whole desk. Walnut hides marks and suits darker rooms; natural oak brightens a small or north-facing space; bamboo is the hardest-wearing. Matte black and brushed aluminum both sit comfortably alongside any of the three.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not currently. We ship to addresses within the U.S.

How do I look after solid wood?

Wipe with a barely damp cloth and never leave standing liquid on it. Re-oil with a food-safe finishing oil once or twice a year, or whenever the surface stops beading water. Anodized aluminum and powder-coated steel need nothing but a damp cloth.
